Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, website, or in-person. Cancellations: Once confirmed, appointments cannot be cancelled. Refunds are only applicable if the doctor becomes unavailable or an alternative arrangement is made. You consent to receive reminders, updates, and health tips via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call.
3. Payment & Charges
Some services may require payment, such as consultations or prescribed treatments.Payments must be made in Indian Rupees.
We are not responsible for payment failures due to banking errors, limits, or authorization issues. Delivery charges for products may apply, and are based on order value.
4. Prescription & Medications
Medicines will be provided only with a valid prescription from authorized Madhavbaug doctors.
You acknowledge that you understand drug indications, side effects, and interactions before ordering medicines.

Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items within 15 working days, with a 25% restocking fee.
Replacement requests must be sent within 10 days of delivery.
Cash refunds are not available.
